I've noticed that when I use a spinner in my UI Pages the value set on the spinner cannot be changed using the mouse wheel. Instead I have to use the keyboard or click on the spinner's arrows.

I think that the possibllity of using the mouse wheel to modify the value set on the spinner would improve usability.
