Currently, in AMS, we can import a whole project. When this is done, existent models are overrided. If someone wants only to import specific models, it is needed to export them individually. But if we only have the project file, this gets more complex. 

My suggestion is: when importing a project file, or a folder file or  level file, AMS could show a dialog that shows all models inside, including the folder structure, in order to select the models or folders we want to import. Of course we could import the whole project too. But this could be a great enhancement on usability for this Import functionality.
